Change can be difficult, but you’ve made the first step. We will work toward your goals starting with our initial session. Therapy depending on the approach taken might have different work to be done for both the therapist, as well the client. We’ll discuss that direction from beginning to end of the process to help the lines of communication to be clear, concise, and focused at all times. This may sound a bit like work, well at times it feels like it. Hopefully in time we will work to a place where you find peace and resolution.
