Change can be difficult, but you’ve made the first step. We will work toward your goals starting with our initial session. Therapy has many approaches that can be integrated into sessions and homework to help client(s) reach their desired goals/outcomes.
We’ll discuss the direction of therapy, and changes made from beginning to end of the process. It’s important for the lines of communication to be clear, concise, and focused at all times. This may sound a bit like work, well at times it feels like it. Hopefully in time we will work to a place where you find peace and resolution.
